Winscombe and Sandford Royal Jubilee Festival Group would love to see some classic cars at their event – the details are:

Venue: Winscombe Memorial Recreation Ground, The Lynch, Winscombe BS25 1AZ
Date & Time: Saturday, 4 June 2022. Gates open to public at 12.30pm. All stalls, exhibits etc. to be in place by 12.noon at latest – so arrival of exhibits & events to be anytime between 8.30am and 11.45am please.
Display area: An area the size of a football pitch is reserved for the display of vintage and classic cars and tractors.
Anticipated attendance Numbers: Between 2,500 and 3,000 members of the public – we have sold over 2,100 entry wristbands already.
Public Entry to event: By wristband only – cost £5. Once in all rides, entertainment, viewing of exhibits etc are free. Refreshments available to purchase on site. The is no charge for exhibitors sites.
Security: In addition to marshals on site we will have a dedicated professional security team of 5 patrolling the whole site.
Event closes at 6.00pm but exhibits may leave after 5.00pm if they wish as last hour is choir and community singing, with all the rides and entertainment stopping at 5.00pm (Separate way out for exhibitors)
