We know our AOB posts aren’t exactly regular….busy busy and all that! Anyway….here’s a little post about C&H members at this year’s NEC Classic Car Show in November.
Club members Mike and Sandy McLennan took their Austin A40 convertible to be on The Austin Counties Car Club stand and have written an article which is in the December 2025 edition of Classix magazine – they drove their car up to Birmingham, cleaned it(!), and then helped on the Austin Counties Stand all weekend – the photo below is coutesy of their facebook post.
Also that weekend, the son of our Web Editor was there assisting on the Oxford Universities Motorsport Foundation stand with their display of regularly used classic race cars, all restored and maintained by Oxford Brookes University Motorsport and Engineering students.
